Add the Jewels uses the United States Postal Service to ship your purchases.

Purchases can be expected to be delivered within five to seven days.

At this time Add the Jewels does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement once the damaged item is returned.
